Chaverim is an international ensemble of operatic singers from different countries: Albania, Armenia, Israel, Russia, and now — USA. Those different musical and cultural traditions of such countries helped this group of talented performers become unique.

The name Chaverim in Yiddish and Hebrew means Friends. These amazing performers are really friends in their everyday life and specially on a stage. You will be convinced immediately, from the first song that they know how to listen to one another, how to build a perfect ensemble.

The group started to perform actively in 2011. Chaverim performed in many synagogues, Jewish Centers, concert halls. Carnegie Hall, Merkin Hall, Lincoln Center in New York, Kennedy Center in Washington D.C. just to mentions few. Especially important there was Chaverim participation at the Jewish and Israeli international music festivals. 2 years ago, they performed very successfully in Israel. Each concert in Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Ashkelon and Caesarea was like a Festival of friendship and appreciation.

The Vocal Arts Group specializes in Jewish liturgical and folk music, Broadway tunes, classical songs and romances. They are blending their voices into beautiful harmonious bouquet where each member shares his abundant life experience and musical excellence.

Le groupe vocal Chaverim

Chaverim est un ensemble international de chanteurs d’opéra originaires de différents pays : Albanie, Arménie, Israël, Russie et maintenant États-Unis. Les différentes traditions musicales et culturelles de ces pays ont aidé ce groupe de talentueux interprètes à devenir unique.

Le nom Chaverim en yiddish et en hébreu signifie «amis». Ces interprètes incroyables sont vraiment des amis dans leur vie quotidienne et surtout sur scène. Vous en serez convaincu immédiatement, dès la première chanson, qu’ils savent comment s’écouter mutuellement, comment construire un ensemble parfait.

Le groupe a commencé à se produire activement en 2011. Chaverim s’est produit dans de nombreuses synagogues, centres juifs, salles de concert. Carnegie Hall, Merkin Hall, Lincoln Center à New York, Kennedy Center à Washington D.C., pour ne citer que quelques exemples. La participation de Chaverim aux festivals de musique juive et israélienne internationaux était particulièrement importante. Il y a deux ans, ils ont joué avec beaucoup de succès en Israël. Chaque concert à Jérusalem, Tel-Aviv, Ashkelon et Caesarea était comme un festival d’amitié et d’appréciation.

Le groupe Vocal Arts se spécialise dans la musique liturgique et folklorique juive, les airs de Broadway, les chansons classiques et les romances. Ils mélangent leurs voix en un magnifique bouquet harmonieux où chaque membre partage son abondante expérience de vie et son excellence musicale.
